I brought a washer and dryer from this company and upon hooking up the washer the drum did not work properlyI immediately brought the washer back to the establishment for an exchange and was told that I could not exchange the productIt had been less than hours after buying said washer but I was unable to exchange nor was I able to get a refund for my money that was paid for the non working washing machine
I recently purchased a washer and dryer for my daughter and her husband and quite frankly I think they were taken advantage of because they are so young, futhermore, these people are bullies, rude, and out right mean! My refrigerator had a leak, so I purchased a used one from K&MTwo weeks later, that unit leaked more than my originalNo problem, I think, because there is a warrantyA replacement unit is broughtI kept experiencing stomach upset including extreme vomiting and diarrheaTurns out, this refrigerator is not getting cold enough and all my freezer items are meltedI am brought a loaner and told that mine would be repairedAfter weeks, I have no updated statusI’ve called and left messagesThe loaner was no longer working and making knocking noisesI was forced to purchase a new unit at Home DepotYesterday, Ken finally personally answers the phoneI inform him of the loaner issue and my new purchaseI simply ask that he compensate me for lost food and pick his defective unit upI was willing to forgo the delivery of the unit that was allegedly being repairedHe was rude and unwillingHe said he had been waiting on a compressorWhen I inquired as to why I was not informed after weeks and hadn’t received returned phone calls, he asked had I expected him to call everydayI’m not sure if a company can get a rating of F-, but this type of poor customer service should be a qualifier
Fridge I purchased in February had leaking issues which ruined the kitchen floor of the house I was rentingK & M sent a repairman out and fixed that leak, but the fridge was leaking from another locationRepairman came from K & M and fixed second leakLandlady installed a new floorMore leaking from the fridge turned out to be from the pressure valve connection which they claimed they did not mess with, but somebody put the wrong size of fitting there (plumber claims it was K & M; K & M denies it)Landlady called a plumber who fixed the connection at the pressure valveJust recently problems with the water line connection to the pressure valve has caused multiple instances of water spraying all over the kitchen (not K & M's fault), but with each instance, we have had to move the fridge out from the wall to shut off the water, only to find that with each move of the fridge, the left back "foot" has been gouging the new vinyl floorI called them to come and buy back this fridgeDone with themBut in their defense, they have always been respectful over the phone and in personAt least there is that
We purchased a washer and dryer set along with a stainless side beside refrigerator We where told that days after we got it home if anything was wrong they would come out and fix itWell its been two weeks later I got put in hospital and just now able to hook up the water to the refrigerator In doing so I find that the freezer door is loose and after looking find that its missing of three screws Then when I turn water on it obviously has a busted hose in the door because water poors everywhere The washer only wotks in hot and cold modeBut I was advised after asking several yime before purchase if everything was in wprking orderAfter contacting the representative at the store he began to tell me that since I took it homw my self and didnt pay there delivery fee the only way he would thunk about fixing it was for me to haul it mins back to his storeWhen I purchased this I was told they came to me but now he said its in your contract should have read itAnd began
