The Point Resort

I have been staying at the Point Resort, using their yearly RV park for several years now. The last time that I paid for my spot, my stay was to be from August 8, 2018 to August 7, 2019. The charge to reserve RV spot 19 was $2,362.50, including tax. This amount was charged to my credit card. For the 2019 year, my RV was parked in GA because I prefer the warmer weather. On May 16, 2019, the property manager (Nancy) called me to check and see if I planned on renewing for an additional year. I told her that I was not sure and she proposed giving me a prorated refund if I would agree to give up my spot immediately and I agreed. My refund amount was $6.48 per day x 83 days or $537.84, plus the most recent electric bills (04/12/19 ? $28.27 and 05/15/19 ? $28.12). My mailing address was provided to her on that day and again on May 26, 2019. My mother died around this time so I did not focus on the money until September 25, 2019 when I called and spoke to Nancy again and she claimed a check was mailed out. Finally, I sent an email to the company email account on December 15, 2019 and no one replied. Now we are in the year 2020 and I still have not received my refund.
