I worked with the Kingsland branch of this officeFrom application through moving out, everything with this company was an expensive hassleTheir business practices are frustrating at best, and costly at worstThey do not respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner, nor do they do quality maintenance if it gets done at allAs an example, they left my family without AC for nearly a week and when they finally did come, they claimed all that was wrong was a filter which was our responsibility to replaceWhen we finally "DIY'd" the work, we found it was the fault of a blown fuseThey are unresponsive and downright rude and threatening to their clients, even when the fault lies within their own companyFor instance, they lost a check and failed to notice for months, then sent an email to me threatening to "contact my command" if I didn't pay themI cannot warn people strongly enough about using a different company to manage your properties and from whom to rent a home in the area
