The Pointe at Raiders Campus

Don't live at the Pointe! When my lease is up, I will have lived here for years Within the past months, scattered trash accumulates in the parking lots and street from trash falling from cars in transit to dumpster The only dumpster (for NINE BUILDINGS) overflows to the sidewalk, and I hear so many more bedroom noises from neighboring apartments than I ever wanted to -some of which hasn't sounded mutually consented!! The security gates have worked MAYBE a total of week over the past year; they're always open and pointless If you have a pet, you don't get the pet fee back, even if the pet doesn't make any mess
On top of everything else, there's no security guard for the campus (if there is, they don't work at night) even after all the late night party brawls Outside my window, I've heard a near drug deal - not sure if it was successful and heard AND SEEN late night drunk-fighting in the parking lot
The Pointe has a previous reputation for being a great place to live, but it's become trashy and unsafe!!
