Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: they obviously are lying once again and as one can see (***) practices unethical business decisions and teaches her employee to do the sameThe case has not been closed about the broken window and I cooperated with them dearly to get to the bottom of it and yet they still are trying to plant this on me as an excuse not to pay meFirst the reason they said they couldn't pay me was because it wasn't documentedNow they are accusing me of breaking a window when I in fact did notIf they continue to accuse me of breaking that window and try to process charges against me when they have no prove or evidence or anything that leads back to me I will be taking them to courtI don't want to go that far but obviously this business practices very unethical and unproffessional decisons so I am willing to take it that farTo be clear I am telling you that I did NOT break any windowI hate that I am being treated like a suspect when all I want to do is enjoy my time at the university of wyoming Regards, [redacted]

I have not received the 200$ credit yetBut instead received a 300$ charge for a pet fee that I can prove that I am not supposed to haveEveryone who has a pet on the apartment complex should all have a pet permit with its own unique numberI In fact also have a pet permit with its own unique number but for some reason they made a mistake by forgetting to put me in the system and now treating me like it is my faultBecause of this I had to pay 300$ and get a new pet permit number because they can't get their job done properly(Willing to provide pictures of my pet permit that they issued to me the first time that they forgot to document)

Dear sir, A revision to the original response was provided to the Revdex.com Please be advised that you are in no way being accused of breaking a window We apologize for any inconvenience Kind regards,Pointe Mgnt

can opt out of the program at any time Our rent increases are based on the market , we have had a very minimal increase of only $in two years We never increase rates during the term As far as you’re the electric usage, we are billed through *** *** *** and we do not inflate them We bill you anything over your allotted $per person that you use You control your thermostat and we have nothing to do with your usage Keeping your windows and doors closed will help decrease your heat/air loss Thank you

I am rejecting this response because: they obviously are lying once again and as one can see ([redacted]) practices unethical business decisions and teaches her employee to do the same. The case has not been closed about the broken window and I cooperated with them dearly to get to the bottom of it and yet they still are trying to plant this on me as an excuse not to pay me. First the reason they said they couldn't pay me was because it wasn't documented. Now they are accusing me of breaking a window when I in fact did not. If they continue to accuse me of breaking that window and try to process charges against me when they have no prove or evidence or anything that leads back to me I will be taking them to court. I don't want to go that far but obviously this business practices very unethical and unproffessional decisons so I am willing to take it that far. To be clear I am telling you that I did NOT break any window. I hate that I am being treated like a suspect when all I want to do is enjoy my time at the university of wyoming

Again , our electronic records show that did not follow directions.   You were given a warning regarding this policy numerous times prior to the pay period that you are referring to.     As far as you’re the electric usage,  we are billed through [redacted] and we do not inflate them.   We bill you anything over your allotted $40 per person that you use.   You control your thermostat and we have nothing to do with your usage.  Keeping your windows and doors closed will help decrease your heat/air loss.  The holes in our drywall have been caused by residents in the vicinity of where you live.   We are installing cameras to help in assisting with finding the offender so that we can evict them from our property.   Property damage can create an expense for us and the resident .   As always,  our goal is to provide you with a great place to come home to.    If you have any information on who is punching the walls please report it to our on- site manager.      Thank you kindly. The Pointe Mgnt.

Revdex.com: I am only accepting the fact that I am no longer being accused. By admitting that I am no longer being accused of breaking the window, from your previous email it now states that the pointe will in fact pay me the compensation they owe me because the charges of the window does not belong to me. I have yet to see the credits on my account though for 200$

Revised   [redacted] The concern regarding not living in a co-ed unit was reviewed and you clearly stated that you were fine with a female match.   We rent by the bedroom and we have a profile matching form that you gave us with your desired wishes for a roommate.   Your request to...

see your electric usage was given to you as requested.   We do not inflate anything, you are charged for only what you use.   At any time you can see the bill from [redacted].   We will be glad to show you or provide you with any power bill that you need.   We do not control your thermostat or usage.  On the behalf of your request for a resident referral fee  we withheld the money due to possible involvement regarding damage to our property in the vicinity of your apartment home.      We will be glad to credit your account for the $100 referral fee after we conclude the investigation of the damage and we determine that you are innocent.    Thank you for paying your pet fee of $200.00 we have credited your account.      If you have any questions please contact our onsite manager.     Thank you. Thank you, [redacted]   [redacted]
