Regarding *** Inc., your collaborator on Pokemon GOI am aware that they manage accounts for that enterprising game, however unlike you, they actually have a link to delete accounts
Interestingly enough I submitted a request to close my Pokemon GO account relatively early on in the gameIt was done Via their link and jumping through all the hoopsdays ago I finally got a reponse back that seemed automated telling me that the account could not be deleted due to "changes" in the deletion processI looked at the attached online link and couldn't see any differences from the initial request account delete page from earlierSketchy
So now both of you are in troubleI may very well go spreading word to delete accounts and not use our services
If you or your affiliate company *** wants to sell out, you have a mighty large base of collected personal information and I want to not be a part of thatI reserve the right to take further legal (personal or class action) in this matter, regardless if the service was provided "free of charge"It is a moral and social matter

Since we do not have the ability to reinstate progress, history, or items lost due to unwanted access to an account, we emphasize that users should, as set out in the PTC terms of use, help keep their account and credentials secure (for instance, don’t use another person’s PTC account, do not share login information with other sites, etc.).

This customer has issued multiple customer support tickets and our standard procedure is that our Customer Support team does not respond to each open ticket at the same time when there are...

Our customer support team worked directly with this customer on multiple occasions to troubleshoot issues related to graphics implementation of The Pokémon Trading Card Game Online (TCGO) on his computers. While we work with customers as needed to troubleshoot issues related to TCGO, as per our TCGO Terms of Use we cannot guarantee that the game will work on every device or hardware configuration and we relayed this information to the customer.

that they had not been able to redeem codes when using the Pokémon Trading Card Game Online (TCGO) app for iPad and had recently spent a great deal of money obtaining codes to use online.
Redeemable codes for the TCGO
The TCGO allows users to play an online version of TPCi’s physical Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG). TCGO players can redeem certain codes to obtain digital booster packs of trading cards for use in the TCGO. In the US, codes or other in-game digital items cannot be purchased in the TCGO using cash, and codes have no redeemable cash value; instead, specially-marked TCG products may include a code card as a bonus. The customer’s claim that TPCi has sold codes for digital booster packs is therefore incorrect; in fact, purchasing those codes separately through eBay or similar marketplaces is a violation of our Terms of Use for the TCGO.
TPCi’s customer service response
TPCi’s Customer Service team responded to the customer’s initial message on April 11, 2016, stating that, “the code redemption feature has been disabled in the iPad client at the requirement of Apple” and “we are working to develop alternate methods for code redemption.” The customer responded back on April 11, 2016 that they would not have spent money on codes if they knew they were not redeemable on their current device. TPCi’s Customer Service team promptly responded to inform the customer that the code redemption option has been disabled for the iPad at the requirement of Apple, but codes could still be redeemed through the Windows or Mac versions of the game and TPCi was working to develop alternate methods for code redemption. TPCi’s Customer Service team did not receive another response from the customer.
Our Customer Service team responded to each communication received. We take our customer inquiries very seriously and responded promptly to explain our ongoing efforts to resolve the problem.  
TPCi’s website (http://www.pokemon.com/us/) has a Customer Service link on its home page that directs users to Contact a Customer Service Representative, Ask a Question, or browse our Frequently Asked Questions (http://support.pokemon.com/ics/support/default.asp?deptID=15227).
Apple required that the code redemption feature be disabled for iPad
Apple has required that the TCGO’s code redemption feature for iPad be disabled and that was communicated by TPCi’s Customer Service team to the Customer on April 11, 2016, as well as was posted to TPCi’s Pokémon TCG forum as a patch note on March 30, 2016:
The code redemption feature has been disabled in the iPad client at the requirement of Apple. iPad users who wish to redeem codes into their account can do so through the Windows of Mac clients. We are working to develop alternate methods for code redemption and appreciate your understanding. We apologize for this inconvenience. [redacted]
We are vigorously working on a solution for redemption of digital codes on iPad and once we have a resolution, we will post a notice on the TCGO site.
