The Pontchartrain Hotel

Review: I stayed at this hotel on March 1st, checked out on the 2nd. While there, my wheel & tire was damaged by the valet service while parking my vehicle. I brought it to they're attention as soon as my vehicle was brought back around to the front of the hotel. I was told to file a claim at the front desk, so I did. I spoke with the guest services manager and she requested that I contact the hotel on the following Wednesday, the 5th, and we would figure out how to resolve the issue. When I contacted the hotel on the 3rd, I then spoke with the general manager about the issue. He denied that the hotel was in fault but after disagreeing on the phone for several minutes, he requested for me to e-mail him pictures of what was damaged, so I immediately e-mailed him the pictures I took before I left his hotel on the 2nd. After e-mailing back & forth he assured me that he would show the pictures to the appropriate people & we would go from there. This went on for a couple of weeks, until he finally called me to inform me that they were not in fault of the damage to my vehicle & they were refusing to pay for it, he offered to refund me 100 dollars off of my bill from my stay but that they were not paying to fix my vehicle. This is where we stand at the moment. I'm including a picture of my tire & wheel that was damaged by the curb from poor parking by they're valet service, but I have plenty more to show all the damage. I also have a receipt from having my vehicles tires rotated a day before my stay at they're hotel & the tire shop never notified me of any damage to my tires or wheels.Desired Settlement: I would like what they're valet service damaged to be fixed, my wheel & tire, and I would like a full refund of 462.37 from my stay at they're hotel.

Well the assisted living and the hotel have the same address, 2031 St. Charles Avenue, and that was the only one in your system that I could find with the correct address, that's why I selected it. It says on the card, the pontchartrain,luxury living & extended stay, so just tell me what to do to help you locate the correct business & I will be glad to. Thank you!
