I ordered 3 beanies on December 5. I have emailed the company several times with no resolve. I still have no product and no refund. I should also be refunded shipping since I never received product in time for Christmas. There website indicates no where that there product comes from china

The product was finally sent to me. I ordered the item December 5th and finally received it on 02/07/2020. I was not given a refund that I asked for and not reimbursed for shipping.
