I have been a customer for 2 years. Each time I am so pleased with the results and no drama or trauma to my little friends. 5 Stars!
My two dogs LOVE going to the poodle parlor, and as an owner that are so many things I appreciate about that they do!
-I am a teacher, I can drop them off early in the morning and pick them up after school.
-One of my dogs tends to have a lot of eye goop buildup. I bring him in between grooomings to have the hair shaved around his eyes. They do this for no charge!
-They have it noted down the way I like them cut, but sometimes I want something different, they are *VERY* receptive to doing it exactly they way I ask, when I pick them up they always ask to make sure it's the way I wanted it.
