The Pool and Spa Doctor

Review: I have a contract with [redacted] of The Pool and Spa Doctor to tear down an old pool and replace with a new pool. The contract states that he agrees to remove 1, 24 ft round pool and install 1, 24 round pool (complete). I agree to put down a deposit of $2100.00 to hold my dates and give him $2100.00 more upon completion. I gave him the deposit. He changed my dates from completion by May 20th, 2015 barring weather to June 3-10 without a new contract. June 3rd came and went without any word from Mr. [redacted]. I called him on the 5th and he stated that he was running behind and would be at our home on the 10th to begin tear down of old pool. He took down the old pool and left without a word and didn't show up the next day or the next, so I called him and left a message. When he called back he stated that he was waiting on some materials to come in and would be at our home on June 17 to put up new pool and finish up on the next day. As of today June 19th, I have not heard from The Pool and Spa Doctor and I have left messages and emails asking for a date to put up my new pool or a refund of my deposit for breech of contract.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of my deposit for breech of contract.
