We bought our pool with liner and a Hydrotools 19" Sand Filter System 1.5HP Pump sku71915 back in June of 2020. We bought this because the pool warranty is suppose to be for 30 years and liner for 25 but we didn't know about the sand filter system. A few days ago we noticed we were loosing water and looked all over the liner and pool and couldn't find it. But the we read where the sand filters can leak and there it was 2 small leaks under the sand filer right in the middle. I just talked to someone and they said that their warranty was only a year and they can only sale the whole system. Plus the guy couldn't understand how it happened but he refused to help us at all. It is a faulty equipment they sold to us why wouldn't they replace it for free. But no and now we have to buy another sand filter to make the pool work. Plus what makes this worse is that their warranties on their liner and pool are pro-rated. We are putting this review everywhere so people can warned to be careful not to buy from this place.

Bought a poo from them at the end of season last year 2019. The pool is nice love it. Problem comes from the AquaPro pool pumps. Would not recommend buying it. The pool installers got everything hooked up and the pump stops working within a month. Motor locked up. It was on a Sunday and had to go to the Pool store where I live to get another pump to keep my pool from turning. Got in touch with the pump company after getting in touch with the pool factory. In the beginning we were going to get reimbursed for our purchase. They said for me to email them pictures of the pump that went out along with the new pump receipt for the purchase and the receipt for the purchase of the one that broke down in which I did. Now they are saying no reimbursement. That they will replace the pump. This all toke place June 11, 2020 and still having problems to this day. Received new pump yesterday dropped on my front stoop by UPS and box ripped and not sealed or taped on one side. Not Happy Still Want Reimbursement. If we would've had to wait till now just think what my pool would of looked like. Do not BUY any Aqua Pro Products. I am submitting pics of AquaPro pump and the new pump we had to get to keep our Pool Up and Running.
