The Pool Lady

I first contacted this company on Feb 16th for a quote to service our pool. Company was responsive including asking for my address on Feb 18th. After that, there was no response or visit until I requested an update on Feb 28th. I received a message to call their office. I did this on March 18th. I was asked to send my address to them then. When on the call hon March 18th, they said they would be there within 2-3 days. Further communication on the 20th on the 20th with no confirmation of arrival. Everything then got silent again until the 23rd at 12:45pm when I was told they would be at my house in approximately 45 minutes to an hour. I let them know I would likely not be at the house, but they were welcome to inspect our pool and give us an estimate of what would be needed, and was told "that will work". At 5:38pm after hearing nothing back, I asked if they had made it by to which I received the response of "No I'll call you when I get to the office. About 7 to 8 this evening". Never received a text or call. Sent a message to their website inquiring if they were going to be able to service our pool and highlighted my frustrations with the communication level of whoever was communicating with me. The response that I received was "Tomorrow". So today, I finally received a call at 7:56pm stating that they could not service my pool because "No one is within 10 miles of you". Please note, their address listed on their facebook page and website is 4.3 miles away from my home. This company is unresponsive, unprofessional, and I would NOT recommend.
