Review: I was provided with a lifetime warranty, but he came out to put the liner back in the seem and it came right back out in 2 days. He tried to charge me a $1000 dollars to do it again. When he originally installed the liner the padding was not installed correctly that's why it came out of the seem the 1 yr. after installation. Now he won't answer my calls and I had to pay someone else $1,200 because it became a lot worse because of exposure. I took the water down to 2ft. in the shallow area as instructed. And when the guy finished installing my liner all he left was garbage NO INSTRUCTIONS!!!Desired Settlement: I would like to be compensated for the money I had to spend to fix his mistake.
Review: We had a pool liner installed, and it leaked immediately. Not able to get it fixed or any contact.Desired Settlement: We would like a refund, and see that they are never able do this to anyone else.
