The customer special ordered a spa cover on 9/12/14. They were told it would be approximately to weeks to get made by the manufacturer. The Manufacturer shipped the covers on 10/30/14. We received them in on 11/3/in Schofield, Wisconsin warehouse. Cover was delivered
to customer at NO CHARGE for delivery on Saturday 11/8/14. All covers are special ordered and subject to manufacturer production schedule and the trucking companies shipping time frame. The customer has received their cover. We do not have any employees by the name of *** who works for us. Thank you very much.*** ***

We just had Jerry put a new deck on our houseIt's one of the best quality work we have ever seenWe are very satisfied with the end result We would recommend Hasty's work .We encourage you be patient while the job took two months to complete

In April of we paid Jerry to put a new roof and gutters on our homeWhen we spoke with him we were aware that it would take some time for him to get to us because it had been a rainy seasonAfter months of little or no communication he shows up with his crew in July, with the wrong color shingles only after we threatened to take legal action for the work not being completedIt is now September of and we still don't have our gutters and his communication has gone silentWe understand he was going through some personal and health issues but also he has yet to follow through with anything he has said he would and we haven't seen a single dime back of what we paid

Review: I again called pool people at the stevens point location and talked with [redacted], who knew immediately, before I even asked, that I wanted to know where our spa cover was and when they would deliver it. He said they sent the order in on September 15, but he was waiting too. I then called the [redacted] company in [redacted]. ( where [redacted] said they ordered the cover) And was told that they were taking three to four weeks to fill an order. Which indicates that the pool people are lying about when they sent the order in if they even sent it in. [redacted] said he would call me back and at this writing he has yet to do that. Poor service for cash paying, return customers that previously purchased a pool and pool table there! Six weeks seems an unreasonable amount of time to wait with no calls or explanation from the pool people. They should give us a waiting discount or store credit for their poor service.Desired Settlement: Store credit, refund the extra months wait time for delivery. They promised free delivery, but I don't trust that will happen.

Called Pool People of Wausau, WI to move a bar pool table to my home last Monday at 3:59pm they called me back at 5:25 pm and said not a problem we can do it next Thursday, which was great. Also asked me to have the guy not to refelt the table that they would do it at the house so it don't get scratched during the move and easier to move cuz they could remove the slate. So, I went in there today to get a more accurate time for the move and all of a sudden they all have amnesia and they never talked to me!! I spoke directly with the Owner, Joe who tells me we don't move bar pool tables. I showed him my phone as to what time I talked to them last Monday and he said I must have plugged that in there my self. Let alone the guy told me they would do it for $200 and the owner says we don't move tables for less than $350 and points to a sign on a table. Even though my wife and I have been in there looking at normal tables a few times and they said they could move it and set it up for $250 max. After I tell the guy I'm annoyed and this is bad business he has the audacity to tell me in front of ALL his employees that "I'm f'd up(but actually swearing) and am making up this whole story to cause a scene". I have never in my life seen such POOR customer service. I cannot believe the way he handled this and couldn't own up to an employee probably doing/saying something they shouldn't have. ALso he told me that he has too many workers comp claims so they don't move tables. This is past unbelievable and inappropriate!!! Oh and again the Owner of the Company said this in front of his team to my face! Talk about Not setting the example!!
