When you call the company, you might get through to Bob the first time after that you get voice mail for a few callsFinally you might get Bob or his office at that time they tell you what they need as proof that you took care of the pool as stated in their contractBob never came to check my complaints, in and he sent a guy who took pictures we never heard from Bob till this year after the whole phone dance againIt has been a couple of months since we took proof to his office(he was never there) the girl in his office assured us that they would work with us We are calling a few times a week nowWe moved in and chose the pool guy out of three choicesHe was the most expensive to resurface our pool but had the best warranty, so much for that!
