Review: On 09/18/2014 my husband an I signed a contract with Ken K[redacted] from The Pool Store in Mocksville NC ,for an inground swimming pool.To date, we have paid kEN k[redacted] $29,700 and we do not have a pool .We have tried numerous times to call the business also his cell phone number[ which he gave to us] but Mr k[redacted] will not answer.We have filed a report with the Surry County Sheriff's office on 12/02/2014 and also hired an attorney on 12/05/2014.Desired Settlement: wE WANT A FULL RETURN OF $29,700.

Review: Co. purchased new liner and installed it in our pool, numerous problems, liner has hole in it due to debris left under liner company owner says not his fault, he will not correct problem and told us to take him to court and sue him if we are not happy. Very bad workmanship and does not care, takes your money and leaves you with a night mare.Desired Settlement: Co. should replace the new liner with another new liner and make sure no debris under it. Or should give us a full refund so we can have some else install a new liner in our pool,

Review: This company does not keep thier word on anything that they say they will do or when they say they are going to do it ,also the work they do is very poor for a pool company that claims they have been in buisness for 23 years should know how to put up a pool alot better than what they done for us @ we only have had our pool for 3months we have been having issues such as pool leaning and our filter quit working we contacted him with this issue the owner kept telling us he was coming out after 2weeks he finally came only because I was calling every day,then he tryed to say we should have put a drain system in because the pool was leaning cause water was staying in that area they should have told us that before pool went up @ we would have done so they are the ones that are supose to check out the land do see what needs to be done they also tryed to say it was our fault cause the filter was'nt working right the filter pump was bad from the start and I believe they knew that this company should not be in buisness.Desired Settlement: It would be nice if this company would admite that my pool could have been set up better @ fix it but I know that wont happen so I want people to know what a terrible buisness this is.
