In response of the complaint, filed on 09/21/with the Revdex.com of Northern Indiana: The Post and Mail's delivery is contracted out to Independent Contractors, but we do strive to have 100% on-time delivery, with
exception to weather, road construction, and human errorWe do regret any inconvenience and frustration this customer has had due to the delivery of The Post and MailWe are working hand in hand with our Independent Contractor to fix this problemWe have revised a delivery plan for this customer, which will include a daily text, and photo of The Post and Mail in the delivery box at this addressWe are also looking into putting a Post and Mail tube at this address to ensure better placement of The Post and MailThank you again for bringing this matter to our attention

I'm fine with the steps they are taking except that I do not want the Post & Mail tube I see no reason the paper cannot be placed in the paper box attached to my mailbox for the remainder of my subscription

In response to the Rebuttal, filed on 10/05/on Case # XXXXXXXX with the Revdex.com of Northern IndianaThe Post and Mail's delivery is done by Independent Contractors and as of 10/17/there will be a new Contractor doing this delivery routeI will be working with this new Contractor, training her on the revised plan for this customer which will include a daily text, and photo of The Post and Mail in the delivery box at this addressWe will also be using the attached paper box on this customer's mailbox(Per the Customer's request) While using this type of paper box we need to ensure that the box has a back on it and it is installed correctly so the paper will not fly out of the box when it is windyThank you again for bringing this matter to our attention
