I spoke with Mrs*** who explained to me that she was able to view another subscribers information on her accountShe also provided me with the other subscribers' information which I was able to obtain and see the errorMsArchie's e-mail address was still link to a previous home address and
when the ne subscriber moved in, the information was not updatedMsArchie's email address has been removed from the previous account and should only be able to view her information going forwardI have provided her with my personal information in the event she wishes to contact me for additional assistance

I have contacted the home delivery team in Mrs***'s area and advised them not deliver any papers to this address going forwardWe have also placed the account on the DO NOT SOLICIT list to avoid any solicitationsShe has requested not be contacted by the company so the telephone number

Mr. [redacted]’s account was flagged to not receive any Premium Edition magazines or, incur any additional charges to his account. The magazine was sent out to him error as he did contact us prior to the magazine being delivered to his home and was told he would not be charged at that time. If I can...
