I have been ripped off by this company.
I returned a poster. They acknowledged receiving it and stated repeatedly they will refund my money.
It has now been one month since the poster was returned. I did not receive a refund and they stopped responding to my emails.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

The Poster Corp is knowingly and illegally reproducing our original painting images and selling them on Amazon and Walmart, in direct violation of US and International Copyright Law. This is a ripoff company, and not only are customers filing complaints, but they are ripping off the original artists of the work as well. We expect this is a result of dealing with Out Of The Blue Licensing which originally obtained the images, and continued to sell licensing despite ending of the contract which prohibited further distribution of these images. They are thieves, plain and simple.

I have been trying for quite a few weeks to get a refund on an item I recieved but did not order. trying to find a phone number to call has been a horrific experience.
Order number: 5761782-864445 charged $65.66. I would like a refund ASAP please. I am very frustrated.

Review: First I want to mention I wasnt able to find this business in your list so the address I wrote down is my own, the website does not list an address for the company. I placed 2 poster orders online through [redacted] but ultimately all issues had to go to the poster corp. I purchased posters for a birthday and selected my shippind date offered from 2 choices. I paid extra for the posters to be delivered by the dates specified by my selection. Niether order was sent on time. I emailed postercorp even before my order ever arrived because it wasnt on time. One was a few days late the other over a week. In my email I asked for product and shipping refund especially because I paid extra and they told me yes to return to sender was fine since they were late and I had no need for the product. I did exactly that never even opened the package and returned to sender the very next mailing day. I have been going back and forth now since November. My product cost was finally refunded but shipping was never refunded. I was then told it would be two weeks ago within 3 to 5 business days and never was. I have since asked for a managers number to speak with and now I am no longer receiving any response, and have sent several emails. This is terrible customer service. I do have all emails to and from me to the customer support if needed and my order slips showing what date these were promised by when ordered.

Review: Original order was placed on December **, 2014 in the amount of $22.80. An additional $10.49 was paid to ensure express delivery by December **, 2014. Package did not arrive until December **, 2014.

Second order was placed on December **, 2014 to a different address to compensate for the first late package. An additional cost of $10.49 was paid to ensure express delivery on December **, 2014. Package did not arrive until January **, 2015.

Three emails were sent to Poster Corp with no response. Three emails were sent to [redacted] Customer support with no response. Phones at Poster Corp do not get answered or allow for messages.Desired Settlement: Refund for entire first order in the amount of $33.29, since it was delivered late, never served its purpose and neither Poster Corp or [redacted] offered a means to return despite Poster Corp's website guaranteeing a return policy.

Refund for shipping on second order in the amount of $10.49, since it was delivered late.

Total refund of $43.78.
