We are a distributor for Red Line powder coating systemsWe do not warrant the units separate from Red Line Industries, LTDAll warranty and service related claims are handled directly through Red Line Industries, LTD which we have stated repeatedly to this buyerWe have also been in
communication with both the customer and Red Line IndustriesThe customer and Red Line reached an agreement for repairs/replacement but then the customer decided somehow it was our fault that he was unhappy with the remedy they had agreed on completely separate from us

I am rejecting this response because:The business did not respond to my inquiries in a timely manner. And I placed a call to them and emailed them numerous times without getting a satisfactory response. How can you sell a product and not support it? Their Internet presence should be shutdown. I'm sure that there are others that have been duped by these folks too. Please leave this message as a warning to other consumers. I will follow-up with the consumer protection agency.
