refund which I did so after I attempted to save the refund. She was not satisfied and was upset with the program. I then refunded her immediately after discussing it with her.  She called and wanted to refund to be instant but when I told her it would take 7-10 business days, she grew increasingly upset. We called her on July 19th to make sure the refund went through but she did not answer. We did leave a voicemail
