harassed by not only the client but about 5 of her family members. (I had about 30 missed calls in a row from her sister, which I have documented) I was being trashed on social media (enough for [redacted] to flag is at threatening/harassment and it was taken down immediately) They received their photos in a timely matter - I tell all my clients to allow about a month for the return of their photos. In this case, I believe they received the photos exactly 3 days and 1 month past their wedding date.
My husband and I loved working with Kristin. We weren't going to get engagement photos, thinking it a bit uncomfortable to be in front of the camera, we're both laid back. But a friend recommended us to Kristin and we are so happy with the results. The photo session was very relaxed, she put us at ease. It wasn't that cheesy photo shoot we were fearing. And the results are phenomenal. The photos are romantic and fun and we'll cherish them for a lifetime. Our families absolutely love them too. Kristin has an eye for what will look good in a photo, she had great suggestions on where to take the pictures, and was prompt and easy to work with. We'll absolutely work with her in the future when we have kids!

Kristen did a great job shooting my senior photos. I could tell she was very experienced with what angles to shoot from and how to work with the lighting to make my photos turn out the best they could be. She also had plenty of good ideas for poses and locations and was really fun to be with the whole time! Her work could not have turned out any better. I would recommend her as a photographer to all of my friends!

I took seinor pictures with Kristen in the flats. She had excellent background idea that complimented the clothes I wearing and the weather that day. She was personal and able to make me feel comfortable.
We used Kristin for our wedding photography in August of 2014. She was a dream. She showed up early and stayed late, as the "party" took some time getting started, all for a more than reasonable rate. She didn't go nuts with equipment, but instead was extremely fast and efficient. As a bride, I hadn't had professional photos taken since high school, so to say I was uncomfortable and out of practice for the first few frames would be an understatement. Kristin was extremely easy going while also being decisive and direct, which allowed us to get some really great shots. We had a pretty wild group of groomsmen as well, and she did a great job wrangling them in. We had quite a unique situation, and had two of our own children present at our wedding - my husbands 6 year old son and our 3 month old baby girl (at the time). Kristin got some fabulous candid shots of our children, and us with our kids, and we will forever cherish those images.
As far as her images go, beautiful. She captured all of the moments and the total rustic-industrial feel of our wedding and the city of Cleveland. We own the rights to our final photos, and had them within a few weeks!
Throughout the entire process she was extremely professional and personable. We never had any issues contacting her, and her responses were timely, if not immediate. She offered to take photos of my family or kids in the future, and though we've never gotten around to it, we most certainly will use her.
I was hired to do the photography of her son's first communion. The deposit like stated on my website and my [redacted] page is non-refundable. The original date she had scheduled was different from the date she wanted...
to reschedule for, I contacted her to let her know I wasn't available for the new date and that I was only available to shoot for the original date that she retained my services for. If there was any inconvenience, I apologize, but unfortunately I can't make exceptions when dates are changed from the original, I have a lot of clients and need to schedule based on original dates in most cases.
Kristin was a pleasure to work with. She took photos of my fiancé and myself for our engagement photos and was truly awesome. She is extremely talented and professional, I would recommend to anyone!
My statements are 100% factual and true. I have saved the call logs from her family members as well as the harassment on social media. The "services rendered" were beyond expectations as I charged below my normal rates as a favor to the client. A contract was sent, I have a copy of the disclosed contract if needed for review. I don't not intend on furthering this business to client relationship further but I also don't deserved to be accused of such accusations from this client. As you can see from my website, social media and my reviews, I go above and beyond for customer satisfaction and that is what keeps me in business today!
