TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I had my house cleaned on June 20, I called Paul the owner on June and said I’d like to give him some feedback on the house washing that was done on June I specifically didn’t call it a complaint, but he was immediately on the defensive in a nasty way I mentioned things: I had to repaint my front door because the bleach left terrible white streaks on it; many of my expensive hanging flowers and in-ground flowers died or suffered terribly (his guy told me I could leave my hanging plants up because all that would happen is they’d get watered); the peak over the front porch appears to have been missed altogether, the back of the house over the patio where I sit the most didn’t come clean at all; and they didn’t do the garage All minor stuff, and I was calm and paid in full, not looking for anything but just giving feedback I told him that I had repainted the door and not to worry, and that I will get over the plants, but I wanted him to know for future I suggested he ask prospective customers about having recently painted anything and whether they had a detached garage and tell his guys that hanging plants must be removed At this he yelled that he didn't like me telling him how to run his businessHe got so nasty immediately saying “I have houses to wash this summer, and you want me to ask each one a MILLION questions.” Then he said that I was too much a perfectionist to want every speck of dirt and every bug, but that wasn't the case at all He then said he only promises to get the green and black stuff off (first I heard of that — when I placed my order, he talked about how clean it would come out; no mention of only the green and black stuff) And about the garage that they didn’t do, he said that if I brought my car in for new tires would I expect to get the brakes done free? But I knew he’d done my friend's garage as part of the house, so I was only saying he should tell the customers that detached garages are not includedHe lit into me about how he’d been in business for years which I find hard to believe with his attitude He started swearing “F” and “Hell”, and I told him I didn’t like his attitude or his language, and he called me a baby and said "You sound like my mother … and she's CRAZY” I told him I was uncomfortable with the call and was going to hang up, and I did so while he was still yelling He called right back and continued it, irate and off-balance and kept saying he would come out to the house and see the problem, and I told him I did not want him to come out here (to be honest, I was afraid of him and wishing I’d never called) He continued about his houses (said that times) — he sounded like a totally different Paul than the one I had spoken to when I ordered the job I'd had enough and hung up I vote to dethrone the PowerWashing King

The Power Washing Kings cleaned my house today, generally speaking they did an ok job but the negative rating is not necessarily about the quality of work, though I did find areas that needed re-cleaning after the arrogant owner automatically assumed that we would not find anything (Not so perfect after all), but rather the negative rating is to flag anyone who uses them, beware, the owner Paul is an arrogant cocky individual who has no professionalism He criticized myself, our property and landscape right in front of my wife so much that she had to basically tell him to leave the property Those people will never step foot on my property again, they have no customer service and their professionalism is horrible

Review: Upon arriving home the day that The Power Washing Kings LLC power washed my house, I was appalled to find numerous splotches, spots, and discolored areas on almost all of the decking boards on my two newly installed decks caused by the bleach used in the solution used to power wash my house. I had verbally asked the owner prior to hiring him if there was any chance the new boards would be compromised and I was told there would be no problem. The newly installed decks were not to be power washed that day. I immediately called the company and was told that it could not be as bad as I claimed and to allow 2-3 weeks for the bleached out areas to fade. I do have photographs showing the blemished deck boards. After numerous phone calls to the company asking that the owner survey the damages, he came to the house eight weeks after the date of the power washing. His claim was that I could stain the decks and the marred areas would not be visible. He did reapply the cleaning solution to one landscaping timber in an attempt to sufficiently clean it so that after a semitransparent stain was applied there would be no evidence of the bleached out spots. This method did not work to my satisfaction nor did I feel it would remedy the situation on the two large deck areas. I now find that I would have to use a solid stain product I never intended to use in order to cover the damaged areas caused by the negligence of this company. It is my right and I am entitled to my property being in the same condition it was in prior to this company being there. They need to take responsibility for their actions.Desired Settlement: I am asking that the Revdex.com assist me in requesting that The Power Washing Kings LLC reimburse me by cash or check or have their insurance company contact me; as the owner of The Power Washing Kings LLC did indicate to me was a possibility, to discuss payment in regards to the estimate I have from my contractor. That total is for $1000.00 for the purchase of new pressure treated lumber and $1450.00 for labor to remove and replace the existing pressure treated boards on the two decks at my house.

We at The Powerwashing Kings Llc. want to be clear, we are a soft wash house washing company. We can not break a peddle off a flower that is how gentle our wash is. We could never damage a deck as this complaint is stating. We do 1000 plus houses a year and go to great length to satisfy the customer. We give higher level of guarantees, much higher then industry norms. We eliminate gutter black lines and streaks wash all windows down from the outside, to make sure windows are just as clean if not cleaner and guarantee green mold and black mildew gone for a year on all vinyl or aluminum siding. We know exactly how to wash all types of siding, due to the fact that this is all we do.
