I was referred to this company by ***I went in and had some man I believe he was the owner come to me (not quite yelling but louding) telling me they don't service *** anymore! He went on to tell me how he hated the companyI really didn't need to know just want my vacuum fixedI didn't say a word just started to walk outAs I did he decided to start yelling this is why I no longer service ***As if I were the problemHe treated me like complete trash and embarrassed me
Preferred Vacuums serviced our Central Vacuum System - the system is over 17 years old and now runs as if it were brand new - so happy to have found Preferred Vacuums - they are professional and knowledgeable about the Vacuum Industry. Thank you for a great experience -
