Did not complete job as described. Shoddy work that cannot be fixed without spending thousands of dollars, Absolutely horrible quality of work done.
I hired them to complete a bathroom remodel for me. The did not set the tile correctly, did not use the correct backer board, the window in the shower holds water in the sill because they did not set the tile correctly, they did not use the hydrophobic membrane paint nor did they seal the seams of the backer board. I had to call them back three times and they still didnt fix the issues and just stopped returning my calls. Also the tub is not shimmed correctly. I opened up the wall on the other side of where they worked and found more shoddy plumbing. The whole thing is a mess and will cost me thousands to fix. They say they guarantee there work, that is a lie, I was overcharged for really bad work. I could remodel 3 bathrooms for what they charged me, and now I know it's not going to last and I will have to be the one who flips the bill. The window literally holds water like a pond, and they didnt seal it correctly so I'm sure its leaking down throught the cracks now causing damage.
I would like them to pay to have the tile shower fixed with a contractor I trust, as it will not hold up and will start to cause water damage in my home, which is what i called them out to fix, for 8k it should have been done right
Customer called stating company resolved issues.
I paid in advance for electrical work at home. Work is not complete as contracted and lighting does not work as described. I have not received refund for parts that were not used.
He claims 100% satisfaction and a two year warranty on Angie's list. Neither has been offered or applied.
Billing Adjustment It will cost about $1000 for an electrician to repair his mess.
Owner is working out an agreement to fix the motion lights, the control of the carport lights and the Fireplace room LED fader. Will notify of completion.
