August 22, 2016There are several errors in the customer's complaint and it appears that this customer is trying to blame Pocono Motorsports for their own negligence.Pocono Motorsports, Inchas been under the current ownership since We would have no knowledge of anything that transpired with previous owners, nor can we answer for themThe customer is complaining about something that happened 14-years ago under prior ownership.The second portion of their complaint concerns a more recent transactionBy the customer's own admission, the vehicle they purchased did not receive routine maintenance at the dealership, Further they stats the engine froze due to no oil in the machine, We are unable to confirm or deny that since the vehicle was not brought to the dealership for inspection or repairThe manufacturer's warranty policy is stated in the owner's manual the customer received with their purchase, The customer also states when they contacted [redacted] , they were advised to bring the unit to the dealership and they refusedAgain, it was the customer's choice not to follow the specified warranty procedures,Regarding rates for service, our dealership's hourly rates are lower than the average rates charged by dealerships with certified and trained mechanicsThe hourly charge of $is clearly posted.Pocono Motorsports is a reputable business where customers are treated fairly, Our customer satisfaction ratings far exceed industry standardsThis customer is clearly trying to get something for nothing and refusing to accept responsibility for their own actions, We request that you remove this unwarranted complaint from our records.Sincerely,Lance M.Owner
