I am rejecting this response because:I have a 9-job days a week and I work Saturdays 9-12:I have already missed an afternoon of work, AND had to use and a half hours of my vacation timeI cannot put my job at risk anymore because of a faulty vehicle.Last week I received a message from Simmons Rockwell in Hallstead Pa, days after my vehicle was taken down thereThey wanted me to drive down there AGAIN and go for a drive with the "*** technician" to address my concernsI was furious, called them back, and told them I was coming down there to get my vehicle backI'm not going to keep driving 15-miles out of my way, to be told continuously there's nothing wrong with my vehicleI'm STILL having issues with the way it shifts, and I'm STILL having issues with the speaker on the passenger sideThe buzzing noise I complained about has now turned into vibration like the speaker is out AGAIN, but was told there was nothing wrong with that either, and on the report they gave me, it says that I showed no concern for the speakerI am 100% concerned about EVERYTHING I've complained about, but I can't keep using my gas and time to deal with thisI will not put my job at risk, and I will not keep putting up with this situationIt's exhausting!! Lastly, I'm extremely offended by this last messageMy name was "Regina" in the second part of the messageHe starts out by saying how customer service is a big priority for the dealership, but he gets my name wrongHow important IS customer service to Simmons Rockwell??

I am writing in response to the complaint filed by [redacted] A [redacted], regarding service issues for her 2013 [redacted] she purchased from Simmons Rockwell. Since filing the complaint, [redacted] has been in contact with the general manager of our dealership to resolve the mentioned issues....

Once we were made aware of the issues we have been able work with [redacted] and resolve all of her issues. We appreciate your assistance in this matter.
