Mr*** has verbally refused entry of our pest control company to verify or treat He spoke to our Regional Manager in mid- November; this is the 1st we were aware of pest issuesAs of an email I received on 12/30/at 10:pm he has denied us entry for all other work orders We
have a court date for 9:am on 1/9/ Hopeful we can come to an agreement at that time.Thanks, *** ***, CAM l Property Manager
