When they make repairs, they do not do a good job. They have recently come to fix the seal on the front door but cold air still comes steadily in through the door. My electrical bill to heat my one bedroom apartment is higher than the two bedroom apartment I had before. Even when I turn up the temperature on the thermostat the heating cannot keep up with the amount of cold air coming through the door and the leaky windows. During the winter season, I have developed frequent cold and respiratory problems sleeping in these conditions. Attached image and shows the window in my apartmentI've been complaining about this since November over the phone but there isn't any way I could prove it. It has been leaking badly when it rainsI called to have maintenance fix it and nothing has been done about it yet. After a visit to the club house I finally got the much needed attention I deserved on getting it fixed shown on attached image after a couple months of asking. It still has not been fixedThey came to fix the mold in the bathroomI could still see it and the bathroom still smells like mold. I was told by the staff at the office that it is to have mold in your apartment near watery areasI've never had a mold problem in any of the other places I've lived in. I have an allergy to mold. Cabinets are wrinkling up and the wood floor trim is separating from the bottom of the bathtub from water damage from previous owner I assume. I can't afford health-wise to live in this apartment any longer. I have used a lot of sick days at work this winter than I ever have before. Winter months haven't been easy in this apartment. I try to get these problems fixed but I'm getting tired of the little effort and time they put into it. I rented an apartment before I moved to *** that was half the price in rent and I never had any of these issues. At that apartment, when the landlord or maintenance worker would stop by they made sure to call and actually speak to me and let me know they were stopping by. The walls were much thinner there but the neighbors still made an effort to be very quiet. They never vacuumed at AM even though they worked night shiftWhen I first moved here, I referred two people from work to live here. Now, I would not refer anyone. My lease ends in May. I need to move to a much healthier and better maintained facility as soon as possible. Please let me know if there is a quick way I can do this
