I have received my refundI'd still like to have this complaint logged against this company, as their business practices are shadyHowever, I'd like to be done with this so it can be closedThank you for your time and effort
I will like to add a few minor details. Mr*** has always had a breakdown of the charges an invoice was created and sent to him 05/01/2014. And as for communication between he and the PRESS is INACCURATE. 12/30, 12/(4), 12/(2), 11/(3), 11/(2),
11/(3), 11/12, 11/(4), 11/9, 11/(2), 11/6, 11/5, 11/3. These were all emails on each of the dates and # of times the PRESS corresponded. Then 11/(5), 1/3/(4), 1/(2), 1/5, all text message correspondence. On January 7th, *** ***, Mr***'s daughter showed up at my residence, unannounced to return the coaches shirts and to pick up the cashiers check for the remaining refund.On 11/17, I had informed Mr*** that we had just had a death in the family, my brother in law had had a stroke on the 11/15, hospitalized, and died on the 16th of November. I had explained to Mr*** that I didn't get the other money sent due to this. Then on the 21st of November he filed this complainant. As you can tell the PRESS did their best at having an open communication with Mr***. It is NOT our policy to refund money AFTER the season has started. We had already paid for the league fees to Power to Play. We have received our coaches shirts and Mr*** has received his money

I am rejecting this response because:The facts are correct. We finally received our refund after 3 weeks of badgering. However, I shouldn't have to badger someone to get refunds. The whole dispute could have been avoided with proper communication, which was neglected by The Press.
