I am rejecting this response because: The original estimate was not a receipt. My insurance company required a receipt, not an estimate. I finally received it after submitting my complaint to the Revdex.com. Hopefully this business will change their receipt practices in the future for better customer satisfaction

We came over to her house on Sunday, remove two trees of the house and deck after a storm provided her with a written estimate/bill/receipt on the spot! We did the tree work everybody was happy three days later she called saying she had thrown her receipt in the trash and now she needs a new one!
It took me a few days to email her a receipt we have been very busy! This very minor problem has been solved!!!
