Review: I purchased a butterfly ring from them at the Ohio State Fair on Sunday, July 27th. On Monday, July 28th a set from the ring fell out. I have attempted numerous times throughout the they days between then and now to contact them regarding a replacement or refund, the phone number on the receipt just rings and rings with no one answering and no voicemail to leave a message with. At this point I would like a refund.Desired Settlement: I initially had hoped for a replacement but now I would rather have a refund.
