4-15-18: Went into Martin GMC Cadillac on *** close to my house, to return my Terrain , having matured it's year lease (from a different dealer)Had not planned an upgrade, but was open to do so, not having looked into it at all yet
I ended up getting an XTanyway, which I drove away with after a few hours that same dayThis was completely my bad and again since I had not looked into it at all yet, having trusted the dealer, and not even inspected the car itself before driving off!

needless to say that the level of sadness and disappointment my children had....knowing Dad is coming home with a new car
*** - the sales person was aggressive and mean and made it look like it is my fault
I tried to call to the manager and they refused to put him thru....I was transferred to his assistant

The company cashed a check they held since 4/29/after I was told the check would be destroyed since they were paid using a different payment form
On 4/29/I bought a car from the dealership and since I did not have enough money to pay for the warranty I allowed the company to hold two checks one from my account in the amount of *** and one from my daughters account in the amount of that were to be cashed 5/28/18, however on 5/23/I went in and paid the *** in full and was told by the finance manager *** the checks were no longer at the location but he would call and have them destroyedOn 5/30/the check was cashed and the other was not and after speaking to two finance employees *** and *** they informed me they would send a check in a few days and it's been over a week and my daughter hasnt received any refund or a mailed checkAfter calling 6/7/no one seemed to be in to speak to me about this matter
