I am very pleased with the results. Not only was it fixed properly in a timely manner but the cost was very reasonable considering what they had to do. I was also particularly impressed that one of my NEW and defective ink cartridges was replaced without charge. The staff was professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I just got my printer back from the Printer Doctor and I received incredible service The day I chose to bring my printer in - there was service - the on-line chat works perfectly and intelligently When I dropped my (high end) printer off, I was warned that it could be one thing (fuse) which could be very expensive I had just replaced the print-head at $I was dreading that this could be a gateway/segway to letting me down gently It was not He cleaned my printer up properly and got it going for the price of a check up FANTASTIC!! I was so pleased Not only that but he took the time to let me in on some valuable information regarding print inks - the cartridges - the way they work, etc I definitely walked away knowing a lot more about my own printer I HIGHLY recommend the Printer Doctor I trust I will get service on what needs to be Wonderful and nice change from this day of big business that don't care one bit for the individual customer
