I placed an order on 7/21/and did not receive the Email confirmation I've started calling and am not able to reach any one, no matter what option I press I now see that I'm experiencing the same problem that the other reviewer had Too bad I didn't investigate the company before ordering! It appears that the business no longer exists Sure wish they'd remove their www and save potential customers a lot of hassle!

Placed an order online on 3/29/Waited several days and after getting no email regarding the order like the shipping info or an invoice, I tried to contact themHave called numerous times to the 1-number and their direct business number and each have the same recordingNo matter which option you choose - operator, sales, support, they all say they're not availableIt's now 4/25/and I've yet to make contact nor have I received an email or my orderI did print the online receipt that also has an order number, but cannot talk to anyone to find out the order statusApparently they're out of business
