This company removed the snow from my roof, just to leave it on my driveway and sidewalks. they refused to clean up the mess they created and were extremely disrespectful when confronted by it. lousy service, lousy management. this company needs help.
This morning I have reached out to *** and spoke with him. The conversation went very smooth and was very pleasant. I apologized for any unfavorable work or effect the work had on him and offered to do any of our services to make up for it. I have also terminated the employee who had a poor interaction with Mr.. He told me that he has already retracted the complaint to the Revdex.com and the Google review he left and didn't want to makes waves.I believe the situation has been handled and see no issues in the future.
