*** in regards to this case, the trailer that we had sold *** was my sons
trailerthe trialer was purpleThe trailer was here unfinished for
months
*** came to inquire a trailerthe "price for a new trailer was to high for him,"
he statedso therefore we offered him the unfinished trailer, because it was a better
deal for him he statedknowing the trailer was unfinished he purchased the trailer
so we finished it for himhe asked us for vinyl graphic wrappingthe price for our
job 100% vinyl wrapping $he decided to only wrap sides of the trailer
only and repaint the front of the trailer whitebeing that we lowered the price to
$On him providing us with his own graphic design and his own
measurements of the trailerwe installed themand both parties agreed where
graphics going on trailer and what color was going to be what color
The day he picked his trailer up he was only dissatisfied with inside of
doors still having the purple color*** knew that when he purchased the
graphics there would still be purple color showing on the trailerWhile picking the
trailer up he decided to paint the it himselfand asked for advice on painting ithe
took our advice and the trailer and left
hours later *** called ***, and said his partner don't like the trailer
*** never mentioned having partner when he purchased the trailerand made
all the purchasing decisions on his ownif ***'s partner is not satisfied with the
trailer it is not our fault but ***'s fault for not informing his own partner with
information we provided to *** while fixing the trailer
Our decision is to repair the trailer the way that he wanted us to when they
called that same day took the trailer, no questions asked
since there was a miss understanding between *** and *** we do have
other managers here at our shop that can make decisions and repairs on the trailer
for *** and his partner
Just a reminder we mentioned to ***, We do not return money back, we
only repair or exchange

I appreciate the response however I can not accept itI realized at the time that the trailer was unfinished and I do recall asking if there was a lower price*** did tell me the situation of the purple trailer and said it was new and unfinished
I was quoted by other businesses for $to wrap four sides of the trailerThe reason I decided to have the Wrap done by *** was because he gave me a lower priceHe did say it would be a full wrap and that I needed to provide the graphics*** gave me the measurements of the trailer which were to be wrappedI then gave him the graphic design which was tailored to the trailerThe graphics were for three full sides of the trailer(I will include the graphics I sent to Caesar in the report.) Its is very clear that the three sides were to be fully wrappedMy designer included the design for the window section which did not get wrappedThis was left purple with no vinylThis was done for two sides of the trailerMeaning that, only half of two sides were wrappedI had also asked *** at the time to put a plain white vinyl sheet on the forth side of the trailer since my designer and I agreed it would be best to just leave it plain whiteWeeks later when I went to pay upfront for the vinyl wrap, Mrs*** told me that Caesar decided to paint the forth side of the trailer where the hitch is locatedThat whole side would be painted whiteThis was not what we agreed, however I agreed because I trusted Caesar was giving my a good deal on the trailer and I knew it would be cheaper for him to paint it so I acceptedI also asked her if there would be any purple on the outside of the trailer, and she confirmed there would not beOnly the inside door and the inside of the window panels
When I arrived for the trailer I did not complain about the inside of the door, because I knew It was going to be purple, like we had talkedHowever the three sides of the trailer were not fully wrapped according to our agreement and the graphic designCaesar said he could not do anything about it and said I had to finish it myselfI had to take the trailer because it was scheduled for an inspection and I did not want to lose the money I had payed for itAfter I left I called Caesar 15-minutes later not two hoursI did in fact make the decision to do business with Caesar on my ownI trusted that the work would be done professionally and with qualityHowever both the interior and exterior were not
Although I was not told about the company's' return policy until after I had the trailer in my possession, I believe there should be an exception when the job is not done properly
I have given the situation alot of thought and I have came up with a new desiered resolution that I believe is fair for both parties
What I propose is:
*** and I will sign an agreement before any work is done that states the repairs and work that he and his business will do on my trailerWe will communicate the specific details of the agreement (such as time frame and ext...) here as we have been doing with the Bureau
Since we can not agree on the vinyl wrap, Caesar can remove the vinyl wrap from the trailer and refund my money for the vinyl wrap only, as he had offered on 07/17/
I also want a signed paper of the warranty Caesar promised on the trailer to avoid further misunderstandings
If my new resolution is met and completed in a professional manner by the business I will be satisfied and will no longer need to proceed with my complaintI am not looking for any freebies I only want my trailer finished and repairedI have already lost to much time and money and would like to put and end to the situation

I ACCEPT TO REFUND THE $, SIDES OF THE TRAILER FOR THE VINYL GRAPHICS, AND NO REMOVING THE SIDES VINYL GRAPHICS

I have read the response and I will go to the business to accept the refund as soon as I am available
In regards to the interior of the trailer, it still needs repairs and I want to make sure the business will repair it as they agreedSome of the walls are starting to come off and there are also many gaps/holes in the wallsThere is also a large amount of rust throughout the trailer (inside/outside)The stainless steel is scratched, and so is the aluminum flooringAfter a deep cleaning the trailer it still looks like it was made up of scrap materials left over from other trailersThis came to my attention when I found that the materials were not evenly cut, measured, or straightUnfortunately the list of issues continues
I am asking that the business kindly repair my trailer that I have already paid for and they make the repairs as agreedThe trailer has three weeks worth of repairs according to the business, I do not have the ability to do so myself
