I ordered the 30-day trial of Proactiv and selected to not get recurring products as I often experience sensitivity and wanted to try before committingAfter a couple of weeks, I had really itchy skin and my acne seemed to get worse (plus my skin hurt really bad)I went ahead and called the company for the money back guarantee and to close out my accountDuring the phone call, I was informed that they already began processing my next shipment and would be unable to get the money back guaranteeAdditionally, I was informed that I was experiencing a severe allergic reaction to the product and should seek medical attention immediately
Confused with how another shipment was being processed, I asked for proof that I authorized this to occurThey could not find it in their records but assured me I approved itTurns out, I was being billed $in payments of $Outraged, I asked for a full cancellation and to not be chargedSince the products were undergoing processing, this was unable to occur, but I would be able to return the products once received and get a full refund at that pointUpset to have to pay shipping and handling to return something I didn't approve purchase of, they sent a return label in the mail
I received the products, but the envelope with the return label was totally empty - literally just an empty envelope with my address on the frontI called the company back, but since my account was cancelled, I had to scream separate times to get past the automated systemThe woman who then answered sent out another return label envelope (they refused to simply email me the label) and assured me that I would be able to get past the automated system this next timeWell I received ANOTHER EMPTY envelope
Instead of dealing with this all over again, I decided I would purchase my own label and return the productsThe shipment has been received, and they have refunded me $of the $(taking the other $for the shipping)When I try calling, I can no longer get through even with yelling at the automated systemI have reported the charges as fraudulent as I did not receive my full reimbursement
Now I am recieving invoices through email and actual mail stating that I owe a remaining $when they actually owe me $I am completely dissatisfied with the LIE of the 60-day money back guarantee (I tried after just weeks and it wasn't approved even with having what they called a severe allergic reaction), the unauthorized charges, and now the bills that bombard me bi-weekly for products already returnedThings would be easier if I could actually get ahold of the company and if they actually sent out the labels they claimed to have sent

Incredibly shady operation Purchase is a trick to sign you up for an ongoing monthly charge & shipment with no other options for a one time purchase In addition nothing on their site map shows a link to a login page for my account I had to search google for the login in URL
