The Processed Woman had a Counselor Certification Class scheduled for Sept 18th-20th that cost $500. The class was canceled Sept 17th. Need my refund.The Processed Woman had a Counselor Certification Class scheduled for Sept 18th-20th that cost $500. I paid $500 through paypal 8-29-15.The class was canceled Sept 17th, by the owner [redacted] through email after I had traveled 2 hours to get to the conference and paid hotel fees. I did not get the email that she sent on 9-17-15 until I had already driven 2 hours, checked in my hotel, and made other personal arrangements concerning my child.9-18-15 [redacted] apologized and stated the conference would be rescheduled and hotel accommodations would be made by her for the next conference, however, I contacted her on 9-19-15 to request a refund. I contacted her company on 9-19-15, 9-21-15, and 9-24-15, [redacted] contacted me on 9-24-15 and stated that she would process my refund. On 9-25-15, paypal sent me an email stating that the refund was being processed. According to paypal the refund reflected pending until funds cleared from the owners company(The Processed Woman) by Sept 30th 2015. I called paypal and they told me to contact the owner, [redacted] if the funds were not available by Oct 2nd 2015. I sent [redacted] an email the morning of Oct 2nd 2015 to tell her that I need my money by noon.My $500 refund still has not been processed, this has been going on since Sept 18th 2015.[redacted], the company owner, has not contacted me since 9-24-15 concerning my refund.Desired SettlementI want my $500 refund.
