This company is a joke. I received my order that took over 3 weeks to get and its wrong. No one will answer my phone calls or emails. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I would never order anything from the product farm ever again.

I received 2 defective products from this retailer. After 10 days of emailing and leaving voicemails, I have yet to receive a response. Order Date: 11/24/14Order Number: [redacted]Shipping Address: [redacted]Email (used when ordering): [redacted]Color of Lid: sky and purpleType of Product ([redacted]): [redacted]One monogram (CW - purple) is on backward. Another monogram (GK - sky) is ripped and bubbling.Order total - $80.94Desired SettlementI would like a quick replacement of these defective cups. If that cannot be done by early next week (12/15), I would like a full refund.Business Response We, The Product Farm, responded to the customer's complaint within 2-3 business days requesting further information. Such as photos of the damaged / defective units. We did not hear anything back from the customer. On December 10th, she wrote back again, and was responded to same day. I have since issued 2 new products to be shipped out, without having the proper defective unit information.
