Very disappointed, horrible, non existent customer service. we had concerns about recieving an item on time and we wanted to upgrade our shipping method, we started trying to make contact immediately after the order was placed, we tried every means possible to make contact. Contact us link on website, replied to confirmation email, called their phone several times, which doesnt even ring, goes straight to voicemail, left several messages, legt several messages on the companys [redacted] page as well, still nothing. Now 2 days after the order was placed we get an email saying the order was shipped, no tracking info either, still no contact with anyone regarding our concerns. The people running this business are amateurs I regret doing business with them. Stay away from the product superstore.

Bought 30 bottles of a supplement for $11.04 a piece on 9/11/15. On 9/14/15 I checked the website and the price went down to $10.94. I emailed them asking them to honor that price, no response.

I emailed them on 9/15/15 asking to cancel the order (order was not processed yet), no response. I also left a voicemail, no response back. Nobody there picks up the phone

Their website says "24 hour response"

I get an email on 9/17/15 saying that my order has been shipped. THIS IS A SHADY BUSINESS, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I ordered a product back in August and when I placed the order it said it would ship within 2-4 days. Well, I still have not yet received it. I have tried e-mailing and calling. However, the phone number is no longer in service. Extremely disappointed because I spent a lot of money and would at least like to get a response from this company. Don't buy from them.
