Review: I purchase mixilogy class formy son as a holiday gift from [redacted] deal Dec 2012. He called [redacted] to set up appointment Jan 4,2013, Feb 19,2013spoke with [redacted] and was told no classes was schedule and he would be called when another class start. I called 03.11.2013this was the day before coupon expires, I spoke with [redacted] and was told someone would call me back , I was told I wouldn't lose my money that the classes would start and my son would be called. I was skeptical of this but said ok. I have called several months and left messages on voice mail asking for a call back to discuss this matter. I E-mail Living Social and file complaint regarding this matter. I was told that this matter had to address and handle by the place providing the service. I called Sept 9,2013 spoke with a person that gave me the name of [redacted]. He was told all the dates that I tried to resolve this matter. He told me that he would send me in the mail a refund and a free class. He told me, he would certify this from postal service. I called again Sept 21,2013 because I hadn't received the certiftied mail, I asked for tracking number from Post office, He told me that it was sent but he left tracking number at home and he would be going home for lunch and he would make sure he had information that I would need to track the package. I called back and spoke with[redacted] and said he didn't have the tracking number and again he said it was sent. I ask if I could come to his office so I could pick up my voucher and refund of my money, He agreed to this. I left work heading to his office and found no-one at the office. I went to office again Oct 1,2013 this time, no one was answered the door at the address given.Desired Settlement: All money refunded with interest of 25% on each day they have used my money for personal gain.

I have spoken to [redacted] personally a number times to resolve her dispute. I have offered her a full refund as well as a free mixology class. Due to the mailing error, on 9/21/13, I personally invited [redacted] to stop in at 4:00pm to pick up her refund and free mixology class in which she agreed upon. [redacted] did not show up. Based on the desired settlement of $50 with 25% interest, [redacted] is asking for a total amount of $2250 dollars in return. This incident was an unfortunate sequence of events in which we were unable to redeem [redacted] voucher. To resolve this issue for [redacted], we have mailed a $** dollar check to the address listed above. I deeply apologize [redacted] for the inconvenience. In future, we will strive to better serve our customer's for the 3 hour mixology class.
