none} This client’s agreement was for two (2) in-person coaching sessions with one of our team members each 30-day cycle, weekly one-hour phone calls with her coach, and unlimited email access to the team for additional coaching and support.    In the first 30 days, she had one in-person coaching session, four coaching calls (one per week), and consistent email support and correspondence with all of our team members, including advice, coaching, and planning logistics for the next in-person session.   As a team, we worked tremendously hard to provide the best experience for the client. We understand that dating is not always an easy part of life, and our goal was to help her feel like there was forward momentum and support towards meeting the right man for her.    The first in-person experience she received was a huge success. She made a connection with a quality man that night, and continued to be coached about another match she was continually making a connection with as well.   After the first in-person experience, we offered her 3 options for the next in-person coaching session. However, she refused each opportunity that was offered within the 30-day cycle.    Before we entered the second month's cycle, we asked if she would like to continue. She gave written consent via email for her contract to resume for all three remaining months. In this message, all parties agreed that she would be offered three in-person experiences during her second month. It was important to us that even though she had decided to decline all the offers made to her, we still delivered upon what was promised. We did not want her to be penalized for declining the previous experiences and miss out on an opportunity to meet more wonderful men.   We sent one more option to her at the beginning of her second month which she refused, and then she decided she wanted to cancel her agreement. The term of her agreement stated that our services are non-refundable and non-transferrable. She as the client can place her service on hold for up to 6 months.    Out of good faith we agreed to not charge her the other two payments due according to her agreement. We communicated to her that we are happy to honor the remaining month of coaching and three experiences she purchased whenever she is ready to resume for up to a year, giving her more generous terms than the contract initially allowed.   We continued correspondence over email to try and amicably resolve these issues, however she was was irreconcilable. She disputed the charge through her credit card company, and after reviewing our communication and agreement together, the credit card company determined that The Professional Wingman was not at fault, and her refund was denied by her credit card company.    We wish this client all the best, and are still here to help support her in her dating life should she want it.
