I met this company back in JanuaryEverything with them seemed up to par, so I decided to hire themThey agreed to start the job on 2/9/When the 9th came, [redacted] called to say he needed to move it back a dayThe next day he called & moved it back another dayThey didn't start the project until the 11th of FebruaryThe job was to be a whole interior retile of my den & removing the popcorn & resurfacing the ceilingIt also involved painting other rooms & resurfacing my roofThe whole job was to take weeksThey finished the job on the 20th of March! My furniture was left outside exposed to the weather, uncoveredMy coach is absolutely filthyI have sheetrock over all of my furniture & plants from them not being coveredMy toilet in my bathroom kept overflowing because sheetrock fell into the toilet when they were working on my skyllight & the toilet lid was upI had to hire a plumber to fix my toilet because it kept overflowingOne of the guys dismantled my pool table & left it outside where it is still sitting todayhe was going to buy itI have no idea how to reassemble this pool table!! It's an antique pool table & is getting ruined being outsideI need your help!! They had no regard of any of my things & left very expensive items laying outside on my patio shelf only to get ruined by the weatherThings were broken & I was never informed about themTwo of the workers were fired for being drunk on the job & I was never notified of itThey went on vacation after firing the two guys, so I had to find out from the only two guys that worked the entire timeThey were very good, hard workers, but it takes more than two people to get this huge job doneThey left my water running & my backyard was flooodedMy lights were always left on for no reasonMy house was left unlocked when they left & was exposed to anyone coming to rob me.! My water hoses were cut off at the end by a knife for whatever reason, so I had to buy two new hosesI never got an itemized bill of charges & when I asked for it I still never got what I asked for [redacted] just gave me a rough balance with no actual proofI am extremely disappointed by their actionsI need action taken & I need something done about my pool table! They were never here to help work & just came late in the evening to drop off thingsThey were late in ordering supplies, delaying my house being complete

We had been looking for a long time to remodel our bathrooms I met the Professionals Home Improvement staff in a home expo event After reviewing their products and discussing their services, I scheduled them for an in-home estimate I had scheduled other contractors to come to our home and provide estimates on our bathroom projects as well and felt The Professionals were able to provide high quality products with the best value We decided to hire them to do our bathrooms project I spoke with the head representative to discuss the materials, colors, and what was to be worked on He knew how much time was necessary to order and receive all supplies to start the job on time He also provided an estimate on how long the job would take After reviewing the info and determining the project start date, the contract was drafted He and I took the time and went line by line on the contract and bounced off notes he and I took to make sure all the pertinent data for the project was captured On the first day of the job, all materials were in hand and the job was started on time These guys worked all day, every day for the duration noted on the contract There were a few little things added to the job (addition of grab bars, towel rings and such) and the team was flexible I appreciated their extensive experience in remodeling bathrooms, as they provided recommendations on some items such as the height of the Onyx panels, angles of the grab bars, etc The project was finished on time, the work area was cleaned, and our new bathrooms are fully functional It's hard to believe these are the same bathrooms! We are very pleased with the work of The Professionals
