I met this company back in January. Everything with them seemed up to par, so I decided to hire them. They agreed to start the job on 2/9/15. When the 9th came, [redacted] called to say he needed to move it back a day. The next day he called & moved it back another day. They didn't start the project until the 11th of February. The job was to be a whole interior retile of my den & removing the popcorn & resurfacing the ceiling. It also involved painting other rooms & resurfacing my roof. The whole job was to take 3 weeks. They finished the job on the 20th of March! My furniture was left outside exposed to the weather, uncovered. My coach is absolutely filthy. I have sheetrock over all of my furniture & plants from them not being covered. My toilet in my bathroom kept overflowing because sheetrock fell into the toilet when they were working on my skyllight & the toilet lid was up. I had to hire a plumber to fix my toilet because it kept overflowing. One of the guys dismantled my pool table & left it outside where it is still sitting today. he was going to buy it. I have no idea how to reassemble this pool table!! It's an antique pool table & is getting ruined being outside. I need your help!! They had no regard of any of my things & left very expensive items laying outside on my patio shelf only to get ruined by the weather. Things were broken & I was never informed about them. Two of the workers were fired for being drunk on the job & I was never notified of it. They went on vacation after firing the two guys, so I had to find out from the only two guys that worked the entire time. They were very good, hard workers, but it takes more than two people to get this huge job done. They left my water running & my backyard was floooded. My lights were always left on for no reason. My house was left unlocked when they left & was exposed to anyone coming to rob me.! My water hoses were cut off at the end by a knife for whatever reason, so I had to buy two new hoses. I never got an itemized bill of charges & when I asked for it I still never got what I asked for. [redacted] just gave me a rough balance with no actual proof. I am extremely disappointed by their actions. I need action taken & I need something done about my pool table! They were never here to help work & just came late in the evening to drop off things. They were late in ordering supplies, delaying my house being complete.
