Dear [redacted] ,Thank you for your feedbackWe have spoken with you on a few occasions and there are a few things in your complaint that we would like to addressWe understand your frustration with the plumbing and apologize for thatUnfortunately, leaks do happen and it’s never something that we anticipate happeningHowever, we’re concerned with your comments because you explained to us that everything was taken care of to your satisfactionWe do suggest that you contact whoever you have for your renter’s insurance as they would be able to assist you further.Our community is full of beautifully mature palm trees as they are a typical Southern California Landscape We are also happy to inform you that in order to keep our palm trees healthy, looking their pest and keep our community free of debris, we trim twice a year removing all fronds, fruits and seeds Please inform us if you continue to experience palm tree debris so we can assist you with this concern in the future.Regarding the smell that you stated comes from your refrigerator, the water is from the City of San DiegoWe have learned that depending on what the city uses to clean the water may have an impact on the issue that are mentioning We wish there was something that we can do but that is the city’s issue.Also, we have given you the option of pest control at no cost to you but you stated that because of your animals, this isn’t an optionWe understand your choice as removing your animals can be an issue, but for our pest control to work and to keep your furry friends safe, we do require for them to be removed from the home for at least hours.We have 1-hour parking spots around our community for guests and retail customersThe reason we have these spots reserved for 1-hour is so that commuters using the public transit doesn’t use our community as a “public park and ride” Your home comes with one assigned parking spot which you stated you didn’t want to park in during this timeYour vehicle was first observed at 10:am and was towed at 12:pmWe can say with all honesty that we are not operating a towing scam or receive any “kickbacks”In fact, we ask the towing company that if they tow any of our residents to give them a discount for the inconvenience.Since we are on a public street with mass transit, there can be homeless people in the surrounding areasHowever, we highly encourage the San Diego Police Department to monitor our grounds and the trolley station to mitigate any problems from these situations.Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us!
