It would seem good business that if you sell tires to a customer, long standing or otherwise, and there is a recall on that particular tire, you should absolutely notify your customer. 5 Star did not, in fact, they tried to sell me more tires when I was there for a routine service. The walls of the tires were breaking down as the recall said they would. I find this very disappointing. I declined the offer to buy more.
