Review: I have a business of my own and I've used this company for different events that I've planned and I'm doing a wedding on June 4th of this year. My client has paid most of the bill with her card and I was going to pay $144.59 of the remaining balance. Which is something that my client and I have already discussed. I spoke with a Chardonney V[redacted] who works at The Prop Shop, once before about a situation and she became very impatient or short and hung up the phone on me. I let that go. I made a payment towards this contract for my client today of $144.59 and asked her to email me a copy of my receipt. She did but, I noticed that the receipt was not completely correct. I asked if she could add my name to my clients name on the receipt and change the date it was showing that I paid which was 2-13-15 which is incorrect seeing I made the payment today 5-27-16 so she responded and said that she had no way of changing it so I called and again she seemed irritated by me and I asked to speak with the manager which she said, he would be out all week. So I then asked to speak with whomever was in charge and she said she was the supervisor and that their system generates the date and she can't change it which is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. I told her that I needed a corrected receipt for my records and she was not willing to be helpful at all. She thus far, is the only person that I've had problems with but, the fact that the company doesn't have any info on their website of filing a complaint or speaking to a manager, I feel this is my last resort as it also is hard to reach a manager there.Desired Settlement: To have someone speak with her about having better customer service skills and have the owner of the company to update the website concerning issues customers have. Also if their system is outdated and giving incorrect dates of payments, they need to get a new system, fix that one or, find out how they can change it.
