*** *** at 10:30am 4/**/I let him know that we are a referral service company and that we will assist him in Finding employmentI Also let him know that if everything was paid in full for certifications the day of registration that he will save himself $on the total costHe agreedWe then let him read our contracts which states everything from refunds, policies, amount due and servicesAfter he was done reading we asked him do you have any questions, he replied noWe then asked him if he still wanted to follow through with the process he replied yesLater on in the day around the time of 3:46pm on Friday 4/**/*** *** ca ll us back, I spoke to him directly*** *** was very unprofessional and really rude, he told me he wanted me to cancel thatI Responded cancel what? He replied cancel the payment he made on his credit cardI Replied "sir it does not work like that, you will have to come back down to the office in person and we will assist you with getting back a refund" He replied if you do not cancel that I will report you to government agencyI tried to assist him by telling him how to go about getting back a refund and then he hung up the phone on meI then tried to contact him back multiple times on Friday 4/**/and on Monday 4/**/though phone and emailWe were going to give him back his money in full because we have a hour policy where any client can get back there payments in full if they decide to back out of the contractI then received a response from *** *** stating he filed a complaint against the company and called his bank to cancel the payment and that *** bank issued him a refund to his cardWe did not file a dispute after receiving the information through our merchant account about a dispute from *** bankDue to the simple fact that we were going to issue him back a refund anyway*** *** made it very difficult to assist him with anythingAll *** *** had to do was come back down to the office this problem would have been resolved right away

Unfortunately if *** *** does not come back to our office to fill out a refund request form so we can have it documented that he received a refund*** *** will not receive a refundWe refuse to go back and further with *** ***, *** *** does not dedicate our company policy

[Your Answer Here] That is so unethical of you and your business practices. First you refuse to give me my refund when I called you and then you started leaving annoying messages on my cell phone, after I told you that I was going to inform the proper city agencies. In your last response to the [redacted] you were saying that I was a liar well I will let you know that you are unethical and unprofessional in your business approach. You need to refund me the $439.00 period no one is dictating anything to you. I called you and told you I wanted to cancel and that I wanted a full refund and that is what you have to do. I called you on the same day that I went to your which was 4/**/15. Your approach to all of this is unethical and unprofessional, period. I went to your business for the sole purpose of landing a job with a 1$00.00 money order for the [redacted] card which was what your employee who called me on 4/**/15 told me to bring and not the $439.00 that you charged me for. I don't have to go to your business at all, all you have to do is send me a full refund. You can sue whoever you want and I look forward to it so I set this matter with you legally and you reimburse me plus damages. That is in response to your last message from the [redacted] where you were telling me to prepare for a lawsuit I am waiting.

[Your Answer Here] What [redacted], said is not the whole truth. I called him back on 4/**/15 in the afternoon and told him to cancel and that I wanted a refund which I did the same day of the payment. He was the one that instead of asking me in a nice voice as to the reason/s he changed his tone of voice and acted as if I the consumer had no rights to cancel. Before I hanged up on him I told him I was going to notify the government agencies for his refusal to send me a refund when I spoke to him on the same day, because of that I had no desires to have any contact with him at all. Yes it is true that he called back several times and I did not respond because I did not want to get in any arguments with him. He should have said to me [redacted], come and get your refund I will be more than glad to, not telling me and leaving messages that I have no rights to informed government agencies of his bad business practices. He was unprofessional in his conduct and the fact that he was very late knowing that I had an appointment with him at 10:00 am. He needs to refund me my money which I paid in good faith. My [redacted] credit card gave me credit for $339.00 since I called to dispute the charges based on his refusal to refund me my money when I called him on 4/**/15 just before 4 pm. I send him a letter on 4/**/15 demanding a full refund of $439.00 within five business days via [redacted] certified mail receipt #[redacted] which was before my banck gave me credit.  He needs to refund me the $100.00 right away and I don't have to go to sign anything in his office. After I informed him that I was going to get in tough with city agencies he calls me and changed his tone but yet he was saying that he has a non-disclosure agreement. So what if he does in New York the customer has the right to cancel and ask for a refund within a time period and I did it the same day. He needs to stop sending me those annoying e-mails and leaving messages, he needs to respond to the letter of demand for refund, period. When He called back and left those messages I had already contacted some agencies. He needs to give a refund right away when asked to.

Hello; My name is [redacted] the manager of the company. For one, we do not post job ads on [redacted]. We post on [redacted] but for referral services. I am sorry but we have no ad on [redacted] that is saying $19/ per hour for jobs period. [redacted] was terminated two weeks ago, but...

once I received the complaint I contacted him about having a meeting with a [redacted], which he recalled. [redacted] stated that he did not say anything about offering $19.00 per hour or guaranteeing employment of any kind. He also stated that he had [redacted] read and sign an agreement with the company. The agreement explains everything from top to bottom about refund policy and that we are a Referral services company. [redacted] explained to [redacted] that the company will send [redacted] out for work to the different referrals we have and that if for any reason they did not work out [redacted] can always return so we can further assist . All clients are told to read and understand the agreement befo re any payments are collected and we do not make any verbal agreements at this company. Unfortunately we will not be issuing a refund to [redacted], because [redacted] got what she paid for which was training certifications and referrals not a job.  [redacted]
