To whom it may concern:
The customer came into the shop to get four (4) tires and and alignment. We put the vehicle on the alignment rack and the rear toe was out. To make this adjustment to the toe we have to loosen the bolt, which broke.
She stated...
to the salesperson that the vehicle had recently been in at the dealership with an issue and while they were working on it a bolt also broke.
When the bolt broke, the repairs needed to be done whether at our shop or at a shop of her choosing. She then decided to take it back to the dealership to have it repaired.
We are more than happy to pay for the bolt that we broke and $100.00 towards the labor done at the dealership.
